These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rankaipilot.net and the RankAI Pilot service (collectively, the "Service"), operated by M3 Artificial Intelligence Solutions LLC ("M3AI Solutions," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organization.

1.2 Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Keep your password confidential and secure.
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately at info@m3ais.com of any unauthorized access or security breach.

2. Description of the Service

RankAI Pilot is a software-as-a-service platform that helps businesses manage their digital presence, including search engine optimization, Google Business Profile management, content publishing, review management, and analytics reporting across connected third-party services.

2.1 Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

3. Authorization to Access Third-Party Services

3.1 Connected Accounts

The Service may require you to connect third-party accounts (such as Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Ads) via OAuth 2.0 or similar authorization mechanisms. By connecting such accounts, you:

  • Authorize RankAI Pilot to access, retrieve, and act upon the data within the scopes you grant.
  • Represent that you have the legal right to grant such authorization.
  • Acknowledge that your use of third-party services remains subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

3.2 Acting on Your Behalf

You authorize RankAI Pilot to take actions within connected third-party services as directed by you through the Service — such as publishing posts, replying to reviews, updating business information, or submitting URLs for indexing. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of all content and instructions you provide.

3.3 Revocation

You may revoke our access to your connected accounts at any time. Revocation may limit or terminate certain features of the Service.

3.4 Third-Party Terms

Your use of third-party services through RankAI Pilot is also subject to those third parties' terms of service and policies, including Google's Terms of Service and API Services User Data Policy. You are responsible for complying with those terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights (including intellectual property rights and privacy rights).
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or any networks connected to the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
  • Use the Service to generate, publish, or distribute spam, deceptive content, or content that violates Google's policies (including the Google Business Profile content guidelines).
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Use automated means (such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access the Service, except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews, listings, or other content through the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Acceptable Use rules.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

"User Content" means any content, data, or materials you provide, upload, or transmit through the Service, including text, images, business information, reviews, and instructions.

5.2 Ownership

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant M3AI Solutions a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and use your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

5.3 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:

  • You own or have all necessary rights to your User Content.
  • Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
  • Your User Content complies with applicable law and these Terms.

5.4 Removal

We may, but are not obligated to, review, monitor, or remove User Content. We may remove or disable access to any User Content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our IP

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by M3AI Solutions or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

6.2 Trademarks

"M3 Artificial Intelligence Solutions," "M3AI Solutions," "RankAI Pilot," and associated logos are trademarks of M3AI Solutions. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

6.3 Feedback

If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas about the Service, you grant M3AI Solutions a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without compensation to you.

7. Fees and Payment

7.1 Paid Services

Some features of the Service may be offered for a fee. Fees, payment terms, and refund policies will be presented to you at the time of purchase or in a separate order form.

7.2 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, except for taxes based on M3AI Solutions' net income.

7.3 Free Tier and Trials

We may offer free trials or free tiers of the Service. We may modify or terminate free offerings at any time.

8. Confidentiality

Each party may have access to the other's confidential information. Each party agrees to (a) use the other's confidential information only as necessary to perform under these Terms and (b) protect such confidential information with the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information, but no less than reasonable care.

9. Term and Termination

9.1 Term

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service.

9.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the Service or by emailing info@m3ais.com.

9.3 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. For paid Services, we may terminate for convenience with reasonable advance notice.

9.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. We will delete OAuth tokens and Google API-derived data within thirty (30) days, as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, M3AI SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, M3AI SOLUTIONS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE AVAILABLE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
  • THE SERVICE WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR SEO RANKINGS, TRAFFIC, REVENUE, OR OTHER BUSINESS OUTCOMES.
  • DATA OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.
  • THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (INCLUDING GOOGLE APIS) WILL FUNCTION AS EXPECTED OR REMAIN AVAILABLE.

M3AI SOLUTIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT, POLICIES, OR ACTIONS OF GOOGLE OR ANY OTHER THIRD-PARTY SERVICE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • No indirect damages. M3AI SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
  • Cap on direct damages. M3AI SOLUTIONS' TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO M3AI SOLUTIONS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless M3AI Solutions, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service.
  • Your User Content.
  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or contractual right.
  • Actions taken by RankAI Pilot on your behalf within third-party services at your direction.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

13.2 Venue

Any dispute that is not subject to arbitration (see below) will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13.3 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting info@m3ais.com. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes informally within sixty (60) days.

13.4 Arbitration (optional clause — discuss with counsel before including)

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the Site, the Service, or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order forms or supplemental terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and M3AI Solutions regarding the Service.
  • Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
  • No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
  • Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
  • Notices. We may provide notices to you via email or through the Service. You may send notices to us at info@m3ais.com.
